Common questions

I bought credits but they didn't show up.
Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases, or force-quit and reopen the app. If your balance still looks wrong, email us your purchase confirmation from Apple and we'll sort it out.

The camera won't turn on.
Check that Livelocks has camera access under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.

I want a refund.
Refunds are issued by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I want my data deleted.
Email us and we'll delete the record associated with your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
